August 2016 - Professional, excellent customer service, honest and genuine pride in workmanship. I had my backyard turned into a retreat by Brad and his team. From design to completion. The team worked with a genuine sense of pride for what they do. Fair price for quality work and on time and within budget. - with clear articulation of any extra costs and no surprise fees upon completion. I had found this team through a referral from a Facebook group and am so happy I chose them. Do not be swayed by cheaper companies - as you certainly get what you pay for. July 2016 - After talking to designers from eight different landscaping companies, Outdoor Traditions' ideas continued to shine with creativity. The entire project was completed with flexibility and ingenuity as there were bumps along the way. Other companies might make those 'bumps' out to be headaches or dramatic dilemmas but the Outdoor Traditions team thrives on them, and truthfully our project turned out even better because of the creative touches we needed to add in along the way. They rebuilt our retaining wall, built a wraparound pathway and installed three step areas and garden plots. The company has continued to work with us through some troubles we are having with one of the products installed. 100% through and through!
June 2015 - Excellent service and quality work. The guys were friendly and didn’t disrupt life as they tore up the front walkway.
Less weeding of my walkway required, and no more back-aches dealing with rocks in my gardens. I didn’t have a vision of what my front yard could look like with some TLC after the previous owners let it go but now I can. -- Kim
July 2015 - The service was fantastic and the team were incredibly easy to work with, figuring out solutions to any potential problems or options on the spot. The project was completed on time in 3 days. The information cards provided at the end really helped us in looking after the new lawn as well ensuring that the grass set perfectly. The office support was also fantastic with quick responses to questions and the payment process was made very simple.
We live outdoors in the summer and this will allow our family to do so in a large and safe space with minimal maintenance. Thank you to Brad and the team for creating the perfect space for our family! -- Greg & Jen
