This one promotes new growth, and really helps balance the grass. Providing nitrogen and potassium in a balanced 1:1 ratio to promote healthy, stress-resistant turf.

• Provides sufficient phosphorus to develop a deep root system and promote a vigorous seedling growth. This fertilizer fits soils that are low in potassium.
• Magnesium is added to help the uptake of phosphorus and promote photosynthesis needed for tillering soon after seeding before weeds can invade the area.
• Contains a balanced mixture of boron, molybdenum, iron, manganese, and zinc to prevent deficiencies.

This is a slow release nitrogen product that provides turf nutrition that lasts up to 6 weeks. It uses “Nutryon-S” a unique technology that provides consistent feeding for better turf quality over an extended period.

• Provides a high rate of potassium for improved drought tolerance, greater disease resistance and improved wear tolerance.
• Potassium uptake is more efficient when applied in combination with nitrogen.

This fertilizer is design to release very slowly to allow for and even release of Nitrogen over 90 days. It is a constant supply of nitrogen to the turf while minimizing nitrogen losses to the environment.  This is important during the summer stress of heat and drought, the slow release helps to not further stress the plant with too much nitrogen.

This fertilizer is most beneficial for new seed growth. It also does not have a lot of nitrogen as we are still getting the benefits from the season long fertilizer that was last applied.

Our seed mix Kentucky Bluegrass, Creeping Red Fescue, and Perennial Ryegrass is the same blend sod farms use for a thick, golf course quality lawns achieved over time. It fills bare spots and strengthens your yard, and this is the ideal season for seeding.

We’re using this application again to strengthen the plants before winter. It helps them build resilience for harsh conditions and improves the lawn’s overall hardiness through the cold season.

This fertilizer is more of soil feeding then for the turf.  This helps condition the soil for the grass plant.  It helps with root growth and hardiness.  This is the last application usually done in November.  This one tells the grass it time to go to sleep with a full belly.
